Welcome!
We are excited to have you join this vibrant network of museums, institutions, and individuals united in their commitment to support gender equity within the field. As part of this movement, you will mutually support each other, champion the overarching goals of the IF/THEN® Initiative and Collection, and act as a resource for the broader informal learning community.
This page provides members with resources, including helpful links, the media toolkit, webinar details and recordings, and more. If you have any questions about the IF/THEN® Champions Network or the resources on this page, please reach out to Emily Early at eearly@ngcproject.org.

Resources
IF/THEN® Champions Network members can find information and links below for the IF/THEN® Collection, Project Library, Gender Representation Toolkit, Media and Branding Toolkit, and more. Members can also find resources for networking with other Champions, including access to the LinkedIn group.
Access the IF/THEN® Collection
The IF/THEN® Collection is a digital asset library of women STEM innovators for educational and other noncommercial use. Browse the site and use the filters to narrow your results, including searching by discipline to find assets from different fields of study, by location to find Ambassadors in a specific location, or searching by Ambassador to find photos, videos, and activities featuring a specific Ambassador.
To request assets from the Collection, view this how-to-get-started guide. The asset download request form is available here.
All of the projects in this library were developed using assets from the IF/THEN® Collection by ASTC-member museums that received an IF/THEN® Gender Equity Grant from ASTC and the IF/THEN® Initiative. Museums and other educational organizations can adapt and replicate these projects for use in your own institutions.
To request files from the Project Library, view this how-to-get-started guide. The asset download request form is available here. For the Asset Title field, use the project name to request the correct files.
Access the IF/THEN® Gender Representation Toolkit
This toolkit can help your institution collect data on the representation of gender in the images and videos displayed in your museum content, including exhibits, websites, program materials, signage, and more.
Learn More about the IF/THEN® Ambassadors
Learn about IF/THEN®'s partnership with the American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS) to create the AAAS IF/THEN® Ambassadors Program. From 2019 through 2021, 125 innovators served as high-profile role models for middle school girls. Click on the individual Ambassadors to find photos, videos, and activities where they are featured.
