Every March, We Look Back — and Lean Forward
Women’s History Month is a time to honor the pioneers whose discoveries, ideas, and leadership have shaped science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. It is also a time to recognize the girls and youth who are building on that foundation and redefining what the future of STEM can be.
Recognition matters, but progress requires action. NGCP works year-round to address persistent gaps in STEM access and opportunity. In March, we take stock of the advances made, acknowledge the barriers that remain, and recommit to expanding pathways for every young person to explore, lead, and thrive in STEM.
Together, we can celebrate the legacy of women in STEM while investing in the next generation of innovators.
