Currently, Latinx, Black, and Indigenous women represent less than 10% of women in the STEM workforce (State of Girls and Women in STEM, National Girls Collaborative 2021), but we can create positive change by supporting programs whose work specifically enhances and uplifts girls and women in STEM.
The TECHNOLOchicas: Transforming the T in STEM webinar was hosted on October 5, 2021 by NGCP and TECHNOLOchicas, a national initiative of the National Center for Women & Information Technology (NCWIT) and Televisa Foundation. In this webinar recording, TECHNOLOchicas staff showcase opportunities and resources to support and enhance STEM education for Hispanic and Latina women and girls.
