NGCP’s Anniversary Fellowship Program is a nine-month professional development program for early career professionals interested in gender equity and informal STEM education. As part of NGCP’s 20th Anniversary celebrations, the Fellowship Program was developed as a unique opportunity for professionals to immerse themselves in equity-focused work to support NGCP’s national network of girl-serving STEM programs. During this webinar, participants will hear from fellows about their experiences working on diverse projects, including the IF/THEN® Collection, NGCP Annual Survey, and supporting State Collaboratives.

The STEM Stories: Women's Experiences Advocating for Equity webinar was hosted by NGCP on November 1, 2022. In this webinar recording, fellows will share practical tips and resources on topics, such as fostering cultural responsiveness, supporting STEM identity, and using role models effectively.
