As an organizational member of the Champions Network, you will receive an hour-long planning session to help you define your organizational goals for advancing gender equity in STEM via the IF/THEN® Collection. Each session will include up to five organizations within the network to provide opportunities to share and learn from one another.

Before your planning session, you will be asked to complete the IF/THEN® Champions Network Action Planning Tool with your team members. This tool is designed to help you reflect on past successes and challenges, and set future goals related to advancing gender equity at your organization. It is for your internal use, but will be used during the session to guide conversation. The tool is available in your organization’s folder here.

If you have not yet registered for a planning session and would like to receive another invitation, please reach out to Kata Lucas at klucas@ngcproject.org.
