Oregon Girls Collaborative Project will be convening forums around the state with a focus on addressing issues of equity, access and quality as we provide programs and educators with the tools to serve more girls.

This forum will provide: an introduction to the Oregon Girls Collaborative Project, information about what exemplary practices can help us do, and strategies for implementing them in your program. We will present examples of engaging techniques, give participants time to discuss and ask questions about strategies, and provide time for participants to practice these skills together.

The Forum will include:

  • Welcome and NGCP/OGCP Introduction
  • Networking
  • Highlight of Strategies
  • Panel on Exemplary Practices in STEM
  • Break
  • Implementation Tips
  • Small Group Activity
  • Large Group Recap

We look forward to convening a great group of individuals for this discussion and review of expanding on quality STEM experiences for girls.
