Mini-Grants in Colorado Collaborative for Girls in STEM (CoCoSTEM)

Mini-grants are awarded to girl-serving science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) focused programs to support collaboration, address gaps and overlaps in service, and share exemplary practices.

NGCP requires that mini-grant proposals focus on collaborative efforts involving at least two or more Program Directory Members. Mini-grant projects must include exemplary practices in informal learning, evaluation and assessment, or provide support for serving underrepresented girls in STEM. Mini-grants are intended to provide a small amount of seed funding and are not intended to fully fund entire projects.

The Colorado Collaborative for Girls in STEM is currently accepting applications for two types of Mini-Grants:

Standard NGCP Mini-Grants: Support collaborative efforts between two or more Program Directory organizations, ideally organizations that have not previously partnered together. Mini-Grant projects must be longer than one-day events. The maximum mini-grant award is $1000. (To apply, visit application but do not click TechBridge box.)

TechBridge Role Models Matter Mini-Grants: Support collaborative projects that focus on the use of STEM role models and mentors. The maximum mini-grant award is $500. (To apply, be sure to click the TechBridge box at the beginning of the application.)

If mini-grants are currently available in this Collaborative, a schedule of opening, closing, and decision dates will appear below.  You can also view the current schedule or national opportunities available here.
