The Mid-Atlantic Girls Collaborative (MAGiC) Research Forum will feature a recent study released by the Girl Scout Research Institute: Generation STEM. This research project intends to add to the body of knowledge on girls and young women in STEM as well as provide results that can be used to recommend new innovative solutions. Generation STEM consists of a literature review, as well as original qualitative and quantitative research. There will be plenty of opportunities to network as well. Organizations and individuals committed to informing and motivating girls to pursue careers in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) are encouraged to attend this free event. Reservations are required.
