Pacifc NW Girls Collaborative at the "Back-to-School with STEM" Event

On August 24, 2013 the Pacific Northwest Girls Collaborative Project (PNWGCP) hosted a booth at the Museum of Flight’s “Back-to-School with STEM” event in Seattle, Washington. Over 100 youth and parents visited the table throughout the day. Volunteers connected with parents and guardians looking for resources on how to encourage their children to pursue STEM careers and courses. The FabFems Dream Wall engaged youth that stopped by the table by asking them to post their dreams on the “Dream Wall” and have conversations with FabFems volunteers about how STEM careers can help achieve their dreams.
