AAUW Regional Liaisons

American Association of University Women logoSince 1881, the AAUW (formerly known as the American Association of University Women) has been the nation's leading voice promoting education and equity for women and girls through advocacy, education, philanthropy, and research. With more than 100,000 members and donors, 1,000 branches, and 500 college/university institution partners, AAUW provides a broad geographical network to support, connect, and promote the National Girls Collaborative Project (NGCP).

AAUW regional liaisons, located in NGCP regions around the country, provide support to their regional collaboratives through an in-depth knowledge of the NGCP model, a connection to AAUW’s nationwide network of members who support educational equity, and a familiarity with regional efforts to improve opportunities for girls in science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM).

For more information about AAUW’s role in the National Girls Collaborative Project, please go to www.aauw.org/connect/ngcp/ or e-mail stem@aauw.org
